Refund policy

1. DIGITAL FILE PURCHASE

1.1: -General- 
Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at Pixie Princess Design, all sales are final and refunds/exchanges will not be provided as the items cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to read the full product listing description before you make a purchase and to ask any questions beforehand.

1.2: -Double Purchase-  
Exchange / Refund will be offered if buyer mistakenly purchase a same item twice. 

1.3: -Product Defect-
Pixie Princess Design will make the Product available for download by you as soon as we accepts your order. Pixie Princess offers a thirty (30) day money back guarantee on a Product. If you find a Product is not compatible, corrupt, or is missing on download, Pixie Princess Design can refund you the price you paid for the Product.

This policy requires that you permit sufficient time to remedy any problem with a Product. Most issues are resolved within seven (7) days and if Pixie Princess Design cannot resolve your issue with your Product within seven (7) days, Caluya Design will provide a full refund for the amount you paid for the Product to the payment method you used when purchasing the Product as set for in these Terms.
